Thought spring 2012 would be phull of color.
Seemed like there was a lot of winter rain.
Well .. the show was not spectacular.
There were phlowers,
but not mobs of them that rode into
town and beat down our doors.
We had to go look for them.

One day we looked phor phlowers on
Phour Peaks Mountain. Good hunting there.
The dirt road starts in desert and climbs up into the pines.
Drove through any kind of habitat a phlower might hide in.

Spring was good in Arizona. But it started losing steam in late March, beginning to phade. Phor that and many better reasons, We came to Pennsylvania phor a week. The season just started here. Any snow was already melted. The crick was thawed and phlowing. Lots of lovely phlowers were bloomin' in the yard. A phew blossoms were putting on a subtle show over the hill, down in the woods.
